Palmdale vs. Quartz Hill Football Game

What A Close Game!
And what a game the Palmdale Falcons had against the Quartz Hill High Rebals from Quartz Hill, CA on Friday: October 9, 2009 on thier home field. The Rebals started out the game with a touch down in the first quarder of the game.The Palmdale Falcons came back fierce with Josh Shaw '10 (#2) making a 13 yard TD run in the second quarder against the Rebals and Miguel Morano (#18) finishing it off with a field goal. By third quarder, The Falcons once again made a touch down with Vincent Nielson '10 (#10) making a 33 yard TD, passed from Josh Shaw '10 (#2). By the end of the third quarder, the Rebals made another touch down. The night ended with the Palmdale Falcons winning, 16-12. The PHS Falcons are now preparing for its long-awaited Homecomeing game against long time rivals, the Pete Knight Hawks from Palmdale, CA on Friday: October 16, 2009 at 7 o'clock on PHS home field. Palmdale vs. Lancaster Football Game

Ow Yah!

And another win for the Palmdale Falcons, upgradeing their record to 2-2 on this years 2009-10 football season. The Falcons bounced back from last weeks loss against Valencia High School with a victory against the Lancaster Eagles from Lancaster, CA on Friday: October 2, 2009 on Palmdale High's home field. The Falcons had a very slow start in the first two quarters of the game with the Eagles ahead with 3 points and Palmdale zero. After a dreaded half time, fans just hoping for players to get it together, and then the fans rocked the stans and cheered the team on when the Falcons made thier first touch down of the night in the 3rd quarter with Joey Garba (#34) making both touch down. The first one being a 4 yard TD run and the second, a 7 yard TD run. The Falcons held of the Eagles till the fourth quarder when Lancaster player, Melvin Stovall (#11) made a touch down in the middle of the quarder. In the end, the Palmdale Falcons won the game, the score 14-9!
